Hi, I’m Diane Wu.

Helping people find their dream home is my dream job.

I’ve been practicing real estate since 2004. While I specialize in first time home buyers, repeat buyers, and new construction, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse group of buyers and sellers. Having received a M.A. in Counseling means I know how to listen and really understand my clients. I believe in educating my clients in the home buying process — communication is key to a successful transaction. Focusing on the individual needs and priorities of my clients allows me to tailor a real estate strategy with the highest possible outcome of success.

While I’m not at the office or out with clients, you can find me spending time with my family, baking, cooking, or gardening. I currently reside in Cedar Mill with my husband, my two boys, and a black yorkie-poo named Toto.
