Tim Vergano is a licensed real estate broker in the Portland Metro area who provides a creative, personal and strategic approach to buying and selling. After nearly eight years in the real estate title and escrow industry, Tim brings his knowledge of property information, event planning, housing trends, marketing and sales to the table when assisting his clients with their home journey. As a member of the Pippa Homes Team at MORE Realty, he’s here to ensure an experience led with integrity, confidence and care. From his hometown of Boring, Oregon to his time in Vancouver, Oregon City, West Linn, Eugene, and various neighborhoods in the City of Portland, Tim offers a local resident's lens that hones in on what makes this particular part of the Pacific Northwest so special. He understands that buying and selling property is perhaps one of the greatest decisions in a client's life and is grateful to be a part of that process with them. When he's not representing clients, you might catch him acting and singing on stage in a local production. Tim is a professional, long-time Portland area actor whose most recent work included productions at Lakewood Theatre Company, New Century Players, Clackamas Repertory Theatre and Gresham Readers Theatre. He's lived abroad in both Santiago de Queretaro, Mexico and Central London. Tim is an uncle of ten rambunctious nieces and nephews, a foodie, runner, LGBTQIA+ advocate, and has a soft spot for historic homes and neighborhoods.
